German Sturm Panzer Regiment [Heavy Armor Regiment]

The Sturm Panzer regiments were formed to act as the spearhead of an assault. There were never more than a half a dozen in existence at any one time. They were usually held in reserve until a major offense. Because they were used as assault troops, their loss rates were the highest in the Paneuropean Army. Losses of 90% were not uncommon, but they were one of the most powerful Regiments fielded by the Paneuropean Army.

* The composition of the regiment changed through out the war. The 1st, 2nd and 5th Battalions remained the same, the 3rd battalion was replaced with Super Heavy tanks. The 4th battalion was equipped with Ogres, the only regiment permanently assigned Ogres.
